Lauren recently went on The Rachael Ray Show to talk about our favorite topics: food, FEED, and “gifting squared” this holiday. While there, Lauren asked the dynamo chef to share her “FEED 3.”

When I turned 40, I started running 6 days a week, and it wakes up my body and mind. I believe in all things in moderation: largely a Mediterranean diet, lean proteins and dark leafy greens. Kale is my favorite.
